One bottle is good for a couple of days. I like to take a few sips in the morning and a few in the evening. I like to feed collagen to my skin regularly.
I only use moisturising cream once a day since I started taking Pure Collagen Gold. My skin is much more hydrated and I feel it's much more elastic.
Before I go out or when I have important meetings at work, I take a full bottle, it gives me a special glow.

Advantages: liquid instead of a tablet, pleasant to drink, screw-cap allows to take a sip when i feel like it, convenient

Disadvantages: 33kcal

I'm nearly at the end of a 20-day supply and am amazed at the results.

The taste is like mango and passionfruit, with a nice zing. The skin all over my body is much improved. All my life I have suffered with little rough bumps on my upper arms and these are now much smoother. On my face, the early fine lines are smoothing out.

People have commented how my hair is shinier and I haven't had any nail breakages - not sure if it's meant to do this or whether it is coincidental!

I would recommend this to a friend!

This is an interesting idea, I like the idea of a drink to feed my skin instead of a cream. I love the idea of my very dry skin being more moisturised without having to coat my skin in a cream regularly. If it could improve my skin and prevent it from deteriorating it would certainly get my vote.

The drink has a very strange flavour. It's a sort of fruity taste with a lot of pepper at the end. I didn't like it much at first but I'm getting used to it.

I've been using this for two weeks and haven't noticed any change yet. I'll continue to use it and will review this again if I do. I have to admit, I would really love for this to work and solve my dry skin problems.

I writing this review after using the programme every day for 30 days.
The drink tastes really nice which is a plus.
But after 30 days, I haven't seen a difference in my skin, it looks the same as before and no one else has noticed the difference either.
.. But saying that, my nails are great! They look like they have been buffed and I haven't buffed them in months. They feel really smooth and strong too.
So it seems it works for different people in different ways.

Advantages: tastes nice, good for nails

Disadvantages: did nothing for my skin sadly

I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well this has certainly worked for me. I am heading towards the big 50 and have tried serums, creams, oils you name and I've tried it, but this was a new approach to skincare that I liked the sound of. After the first few days I noticed the difference especially around my eyes, the wrinkles seem softer and less visible and the puffyness under the eyes seems to be diminishing each day. After a week the skin on my body felt smoother and I was using less body lotion. I am now on my second box and would love to able to afford to go on taking this, I will have to see if my funds will allow over the coming months. This is the first time I have ever reviewed a product so I think that in itself is a big recommendation.

Advantages: better than a tablet

Disadvantages: very costly

I really love this product as it has given me clear skin for the first time since I was 10. I have noticed that my skin looks really healthy and even fine lines are much less visible. The first time I drank a bottle it tingled your mouth, but after that you just looked forward to the citrus flavour. It does state it is best taken on an empty stomach, so it was easy to put into my routine. I just got out of bed and had a bottle before my coffee. I just wish I could afford to keep taking it as it really helped.

Advantages: clear skin, healthy looking skin, fine lines reduced, tastes ok

Disadvantages: expensive

I have just completed the 40 day course which I started late Dec 2011. I have mixed feelings since my skin is definitely in a great condition BUT I really disliked the taste??! For me it was like taking medicine - unpleasant but for a worthwhile cause! After taking the first sample I had a nasty peppery aftertaste in my mouth for about 5 mins or so and really thought I cant take this so I consulted the reviews online and could see people raved about the results so decided to perservere as for glowing skin this unpleasantness would be worth it! I have now taken for 40 days and would drink quickly and got used to the taste after a while but for me this was a bit of a draw back and made it not so enjoyable - BUT like a lot of beauty treatments we women do have to suffer to get good results so all in all it gets a thumbs up from me!

The results - plumper and glowing skin - really well hydrated and looking very gooed - epsecially given its winter a time when by skin dont naturally look its best. Taste for me a personal thing but good results!

Advantages: really works, plumper skin, hydrated skin, makes you look great!

Disadvantages: taste

I would recommend this to a friend!

1/2 a bottle per day?

I am on my 12th day of taking this collagen drink and I was just wandering if any one takes 1 bottle for 2 days as I do? Its far too expensive for 10 days and perhaps the manufacturers could cut the price down or hopefully there will be a cheaper but just as effective alternative out soon. I am sure there is a massive market for this its just not realistically priced for most of us.

I took this supplement for a couple of weeks and definately saw an improvement in my skins elasticity and hydration. No big changes to my frown lines but I think finer lines appear smoother.

The product tastes pleasant while you drink it but the aftertaste is not that good. I had to have a drink to get rid of the aftertaste which defeats the object of drinking it on an empty stomach. I drank it very quickly and it tastes pleasantly peachy at first but the aftertaste reminded me of a vitamin tonic I have taken in the past and it may be psychological but I am sure it tasted fishy!

I am pleased that I tried it and would consider it in future if it was much cheaper and suitable for vegetarians. At present it is way out of my price range which is a pity as a potion makes a pleasant change from a lotion!

Advantages: it improves skins elasticity

Disadvantages: not suitable for vegetarians, unpleasant aftertaste

Ok, Like everyone else I am extremely sceptical about beauty product claims where a product is supposed to work work. I have to admit after 30 days this one has benefits. I can't say that I am wrinkle free but my skin is more radiant (ask the lady on the Estee Lauder counter) and my hair is far more silky and smooth. I do tend to have alligator legs with cellulite but my skin tone has improved. This item is pricey, there is no escaping that. It is in glass bottles which for the green policy isn't helpful. It has a very sweet mango and pepper taste which is not unpleasant and delightful bearing in mind that the product has little odour. The proof of any product is that would I as a consumer purchase this again and yes I would. Not regularly but as a 30 day treatment to feel good about myself yes definately.

I would recommend this to a friend!

I took half a bottle and the next day the skin all over my body was plumper, felt so much firmer and the lines around my eyes were already visibly diminished. I wasn't expecting to see and feel such drastic results and am slightly scared that it's been so effective so quickly. I'm still only taking half a bottle a day and am on day 4 now. My skin currently feels like it's exploding both inside and outside my body, which is a bit weird, but it's definitely working! And I swear it's giving me more energy and making me happier - or is that just the loss of wrinkles? Totally blown away by how effective it is. And I love the taste - very energising first thing in the morning.

I am about half way through the course, and the results are excellent. It doesn't remove wrinkles, nothing can do that apart from drastic cosmetic procedures, however it gives the skin a fabulous sort of inner glow. It isn't like a suntan, more like a really healthy look, as if you've been exercising on the beach everyday for a week. It's actually quite hard to describe, but anyone who is using it will know what I mean!
On top of all that, it improves the texture of the skin and seems to firm it up. I have deducted a star as I think the black pepper is an unnecessary ingredient, it leaves a too-strong after taste.

I would recommend this to a friend!

So far I am about to complete my second box of these drinks so I will have only done 20 days of the drinks. So far i have noticed that my skin is much much softer all over my body which is brilliant however my face hasn't really shown any benefit so far but it's only early days. The only issue I have with these drinks i immediately noticed i became bloated and constipated and this has persisted along with acid indigestion and worst of all really bad wind which gets worse on a evening. I never get wind normally so I feel like a stinky freak somtimes it's so embarassing!. It's definitely coming from the dinks as it started about two days after and has continued. his maybe the reason why I will have to discontinue use but I have two more boxes yet which I really want to get through to give it a fair trial. The price is massively high esp as you ony get 10 DAYS supply which is nothing. It would work out cheaper to get botox really.

Advantages: really soft skin on body

Disadvantages: no effect on face...yet? ., wind acid indigestion constipationbloating, if wasn't 3 for 2 i wouldn't buy, bit weird taste, would not recommend just yet but maybe at end, of the full course the results would be much bette, r than after just 20 days., not too clear on how long should do the course for, or if its meant to be taken permenantly

I was sceptical about claims that this would get rid of wrinkles - and rightly so. But my boyfriend won't stop going on about how much softer my skin is since I started using it.

It's a weird flavour at first but you start to get used to it. If it was a little cheaper, I'd be glugging it every day.

Advantages: soft skin

Disadvantages: pricey

I've been using Pure Gold Collagen for just over a month, and already the improvement has been noticeable in the appearance of my skin. It feels plumper and smoother, and on these results I intend to continue taking it. Along with which it has a very pleasant taste and have mentioned it to several friends already.

I've been taking these supplements for 20 days now, and I have noticed that my body skin certainly feels softer, as though I've applied a nice body lotion or serum. However, I really haven't noticed any visual change whatsoever, which is disappointing. I bought these as I had started to notice that my facial skin looked quite dry in the morning, despite using a serum and moisturiser at night, and I really hoped that my skin would look more hydrated and my lines plumped out by now, as others seem to have found. The really strange thing with these is they definately give me headaches. I don't say this lightly, but the first three days I took these I got a headache, so I stopped for a day and didn't get one, then started again and did. I take them at night now, but because of this I probably won't continue once I finish what I've bought, although i might have been tempted if the results had been more dramatic!

Advantages: skin feels nicer to touch

Disadvantages: for me headaches

I ordered 6 packs and have used almost two (20 bottles). I can only assume there's another product with exactly the same name and packaging! I don't understand why so many people feel it's good, because I didn't feel any effect at all, except that it might have delayed my period! (I can't be 100% sure it's because of this, but this is the only change in my daily routine!)
Very disappointed with this product!

I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was a little skeptical about a supplement being able to do all the things it claims to but....seriously I cannot believe what a change it has made to my skin in just a month! SO many people have commented on how full and glowing my face looks and I can most definitely see the difference.

I think it is important to point out I did not change anything else about my lifestyle as I really wanted to see if this product worked and have no doubt in my mind that it was this product doing the job.

I have worked in the beauty industry and you name it I have used it but this blows them all out if the water. I cannot recommend it enough, simply amazing.

After reading some reviews about this product I had to add my own! Everyone has their own degree of expectations and I am honest enough to say that mine are realistic! Before I took Pure Gold Collagen I was completely open minded and of course I never expected it to be a miracle in a bottle!!
I took this product for a whole month because I felt 10 days weren't long enough & I wanted to see results!
Firstly...the taste, I loved it! I could have drank a pint. I couldn't wait to take it first thing in the morning as soon as I got out of bed. After literally a couple of days I actually started to notice a difference, not only in my skin but in my general well being. It just made me feel great about myself (probably because I started to notice a difference when I looked in the mirror)!
My wrinkles didn't vanish and never for one minute did I expect them to, but my skin did look & feel amazing. The biggest differenece I noticed was how my foundation went on; smooth like silk.....and how perfect my skin still looked until I went to bed!! My skin was so hydrated the lines around my eyes were noticeably reduced. Nobody scrutinises your own skin like yourself and I know my skin looked much more healthy.
I will be honest and say my skin didn't stay this perfect after I stopped taking the prodoct and I did find that my skin went back to its usual self; (less smooth and a bit dull!) But then again botox has to be topped up and doesn't last forever and PGC doesn't require needles to be stuck into you!
I would definately take this prodcut again if I had a special occassion coming up and wanted to look more refined and felt energised. I would honestly recommend you give it a try - providing you don't actually expect a miracle!!

Advantages: look healthy right up until going to bed!

Approaching my 50th year, i decided that some assistance was required for my ever increasing wrinkles, and my endless bottles of filling serum, anti wrinkles creams just werent doing the job. So.... I very stupidly parted with £150 of my hard earned cash ( 2 months supply), i thought got to give it its best chance by doing the full course!!!
Well you know what they say ' a fool and its money are soon parted'...This has got to be the biggest scam ever going! It tastes rubbish and it is rubbish. As hard as i tried to convince myself, checking my skin religiously, I noticed no improvement in my skin, nor my wrinkles. The first 30 bottles tasted completley different to the second batch, not as peppery. I can only think that the people that gave rave reviews, must have chnaged or done something else in their daily lives, to think that it was this product that was responsible. Save your money ladies dont be DUPED!

I have been using PGC for over two months now. In that time I have seen a marked difference in the appearance of my skin. Some sun discolouration marks that I have tried numerous 'expensive treatments' to try and treat have faded to almost nothing, and my skin has become far more even in tone. I have also found that my skin seems far more moisturised, there has been a marked difference in the areas where I was experiencing flaky skin. One interesting benefit has been in my joints. I am a keen runner and have been trying to battle sore knee joints for nearly 2 years, since taking PGC I have noticed the pain has reduced significantly.

I was very sceptical before trying this product. However, after using it for a month I did notice that my skin was much softer and felt lovely. I loved the taste of it even though I can see some people didn't. It didn't reduce my wrinkles by a significant amount but it really made a different to the suppleness and softness of my skin.
